Yoga for MCSC Members
Get into tip-top sailing shape at yoga‚ which starts promptly at 7:30 AM on Monday and Wednesday mornings in the MCSC’s Windhover room‚ followed by freshly brewed coffee at 8:15.
Sessions are designed for people with some yoga experience‚ but anyone can follow along. We do basic‚ low impact vinyasa (routines) and standing and supported poses designed to protect and strengthen the legs‚ hips‚ shoulders and back and to build range of motion.
Bring your own yoga mat‚ water bottle and coffee mug. Yoga is a free benefit of MCSC membership. MCSC Staff‚ Instructors and Volunteers are encouraged to attend too!
